The policies had not been updated. The CPF nomination was unchanged. The Will, written in 2018, reflected a life that no longer existed: the wrong beneficiaries, the wrong executor, and no guardianship provision for her daughter now that the family structure had changed. Under Singapore law, divorce does not automatically revoke a Will or change insurance nominations.
